You'll find a lot of support here from people who understand.
Congratulations on day one. Just remember you never have to drink again.
Do you have a plan to stop drinking? Considered a support group or any other method?
I found I couldn't quit on my own, and had a lot of day ones.
It wasn't until I got face to face help in AA that I was able to stop for good.
There are other methods, too.
So just remember, you never have to drink again. One day at a time. This can be your last day one.
