i've been thinking about looking into one of those standing desk setups. A few people in the office have been getting them. I stand up often during the day to streach and move about. Depending on the project, I'll get out and about but often, like these last few weeks, I'm tied to my desk.

They seem increasingly popular Sober T and they have to be better for you. I wouldn't want to lose the option of sitting down though so both would be the perfect solution. I don't really have the space.

Likewise here a few people have got them.
They rise and lower electrically so you still have the best of both worlds. I might go for one myself. We have a work doctor and he is a huge promoter the concept...
