Day 1
Another sober day. Another sober bedtime. The craving is there but currently I am staying busy at night. Exercising and making sure that my bully is full and my body is tired when it’s time for bed.
I love reading here. I’ve never met a group of such honest and humble people. Thank you so much for continuing to share your stories.
i am thinking about AA but have no idea where to even start with that.

The internet is a good place to start with AA, in terms of looking up local meetings. There may be a local number to call, although you will likely just be able to leave a message. Some groups have people who will accompany a newcomer to his or her first meeting.
Theres a load of book suggestions here.
