Eve I am sorry you are struggling so. What have you tried to do to relax and ease your suffering? My mantra for detoxing was anything but alcohol...I used melatonin to sleep and
green tea to relax during the day. As many others have said, time is the best medicine. Do whatever you can to help yourself get through without drinking. Best to you
