Always good to read your posts, Wolf. I have heard many different people say they had stress or a need to boost their efforts at so many different time intervals in their recovery journey. Always good to be be vigilant I think. I know a guy who at 15y sober, WITHOUT THINKING- drank a bottle of cooking wine, and went on a bender for 5y. He still does not understand why. That is why the daily support here, at some meetings- all the professionals etcetcetc is so important. Like a circuit breaker in a fuse box, the daily support stuff reminds me- and hopefully prevents me from having a relapse. I hope that analogy made sense.
