I Shall Return Again!!

So, I am throwing in the towel. I am done. I am going into inpatient rehab tomorrow. I hate this disease. I will try to post while I am there. Prayers and well wishes are appreciated. When I come back, I will be loaded for bear!!! Love u all!

Sorry to hear you continue to choose to drink Horn. We were on similar paths when I finally quit, more than 600 days ago. Hope you can find the strength and help you need to join me.

Good luck for tomorrow. I was at this point 19 months ago. Had to throw the towel in. After many, many years of trying to be "normal" alcohol had me beat. If you are an alcoholic, every time you get back in the ring with alcohol, you will lose. You are doing the best thing you could ever do for yourself.

Best of luck on what is a great decision Horn.

It often takes numerous attempts and different approaches before we find the way that works for us as an individual so in doing something radically different than what you did before should improve your chances so this really is a good move.

Good for you, Horn. I needed inpatient and it was a very positive experience; it gave me time to recover in a safe, supportive environment. Best wishes on your sober journey.
