Day 17
Today is day 17, which means I’ve been without alcohol for the longest period of time since freshman year of college. Following my day-1 I suffered with mild evening headaches, but didn’t have any last night...I’m thankful for that!
The one persistent issue that I have is ringing in my ears. That started 4-5 days ago and is annoying but not debilitating. I’m riding it out and hopefully it will clear soon.
I’m rooting for everybody...stay strong today!

I had the ringing too, & assorted other annoying stuff. It all settled down. Maybe see your dr if it doesn't stop. Proud of you.
