Haven’t posted in a while I’ll keep it short, back on day 10 after a particularly bad spell, 10 days without a drink means nothing to the normal drinker but can feel like a life time for us, Involved with an outpatient treatment center now, first session went well last week, next one Thursday, feeling good about it,

10 days is awesome.

I still had hellish cravings for many months. Once the physical addiction is gone, about a month, the mental ramps up.

I still crave daily.
