Yo aint no judging here my friend! What? You banged 11 months dry time that speaks volumes brother. Cut yourself some slack. We are ex Boozers that's what we do. Good thing you are back tho. Least you didnt get back to drinking yourself into sick mode. Shaking etc. Just tweak whatever you did for the 11 months is all. You be aight. ✌

I drank after 5 years so can identify. All good now.

Thanks to Creative Thinker and biminiblue. I stopped benzo's 10 months ago bimini. Hell.
