Day 5: Eating Sushi — that was fun!!
I feel better each day, but anxious. Feels like I have too much coffee. So I did a workout with my wife and then went and got sushi. Well, guess who stilll has the shakes on Day 5? Mild, but they’re there. Trying to use chopsticks was comical!😄
I was dropping Fish everywhere. Splashing soy sauce. My wife was like “wtf!” Anyway, another reason to quit. I love Sushi and cannot give that up. Ever.
As an FYI, sushi, particular salmon, is great to help ease anxiety and depression. Seriously.

Yep sushi is Japanese finger food! No chopsticks required. That is my go to comfort food.
If it makes you feel any better I had a tremor in my right hand for 4 weeks one time. Damn thing would quiver when I would hold poses in hot yoga. Very embarrassing. I found that elctrolytes, magnesium and b vits helped me. That's not medical advice, just what helped me
