Hi everyone. Sometime trying to overcome your demon can be very difficult and we might need every weapon in our arsenal to continue the fight. Me personally, I try almost everything that is recommended today and more. In finally analysis, I was fortunate to overcome my struggle but it was not a walk in the park I must say. I still drink but in moderation with the help of assisted devices like the band I wear around my wrist, *****can be acquire at *****, that let me know when to stop. When it says it is time to quit I do, I do this all the time, stick to my regime without compromising anything.
