7 days, 7 hours and 10 mins. but who is counting.

I made it through my first week. On to the next week one day at a time,
I have this app on my phone that keeps track of my sober time down to the second, Pretty silly I know but whatever it takes to stay sober.
I am grateful to be sober today. Thank you all for the support!

I Am Sober - thats mine.
Let it do the day count - Ill do the cash count.

Id guess that thats a higher number purely for reasons of rate of exchange 🤠

And well done with a week by the way. It is a shame that we have these time parameters in a way. Weeks , months , years - A world full of next days only would be perfect.

I'm with you on "right now I'm not going to drink," and focusing on the now, the moment.

But accumulation is kind of helpful, too; most of us find it empowering, I think, reinforcing of our initial commitment. So I'm going to congratulate you on your week of sobriety whether you like it or not! So there!
