Congratulations! 1 year is a great accomplishment.

I found the time around my 1 year mark to be kind of rough but now, two months later I'm feeling a lot better. Things really are getting easier for me.

Thanks everyone! You all made my day and made my heart smile. My family doesn’t even realize this accomplishment, it’s just another day to them, so thank you to all of you who have traveled this time with me, you are special and the reason this past year was a success.
Dee, you are right on time! It’s still the 16th in Colorado!
Blessings all, thanks for taking up this challenge in your lives! You won’t regret it!

The inspiration comes from the achievement, great! Keep going! I understand your comment about your family, to others without the disease, it is difficult to understand what each year, month, week etc means to us. I think this gives us a unique appreciation of the value of time and life.
