I wasn't strong enough
I'm sorry that you decided to drink.
I hope that today is Day 1 for you. Feeling sorry for yourself at this point, is doing what the AV wants you to do. If you feel back enough, you will drink again. See the situation for what it is and then decide to stay sober. You can be the person and the mother that you want to be.

Hi Mummy;
So many of us had multiple relapses on their way to sobriety.
You can do what you did last time, and start again.
As long as you don't quit quitting, you will win in the end.
You've been sober much more than drinking this past month.
The odds are in your favor.
Just dump the rest and start where you are now.
By tomorrow, you'll be well on your way to a strong Day 1.
Choose yourself and your family, not the booze.
You can do it.
