None of us know you or your history, yet all of us know you and your history becaue wev'e been there. No free lunches means if you want to recover you are going to have to work for it, just as the rest of us have to. It won't just fall in your lap.
Instead of picking holes in the last paragraph, why not take up the suggestions in the first two. They actually might help you..
