Introducing myself, first day sober and on here

Hey everyone! Thanks for all your responses, I'm really sorry I couldn't respond yesterday but I was so exhausted I pretty much fell asleep the second I got back from work.
Day 2 today and I'm feeling a little better, I'm pretty scared because I had my bloods taken yesterday to check on my health so my mind's gone right to the worst case scenario. In terms of AA I plan on going for a meeting after christmas as I'm away the next couple of days with partner. I mainly just feel very tired and a little anxious but not as bad as I thought I would. I'm ordering pizza later which I hope will help cheer me up.

I cried all the way driving to work this morning. I'm a wine drinker, I've drunk every night apart from 2 this year and I think I might have found my bottom. My kids hate me, they call me a drunk, I'm so scared that I can't do this but I'm also terrified to ask for help...
