Seven Weeks Sober

Well it's been seven weeks now. I got my act together physically, have lost 26lb and 6" off my waist. I sleep like a log and feel so much better. This time around I honestly can't say I miss drinking at all. No obsession, no physical cravings other than lots of coffee. I do know it's coming at some point my AV is gonna try to sucker me back into drinking. Guess I'll cross that bridge when I come to it.

That’s great! I’m glad you are seeing positive changes. Keep going and you will keep seeing things get better. My only advice is to not get complacent and keep working your plan every day! You are doing great!

We are in the same boat, my AV hasn't acted up!
