You'll need a police report anyway for the insurance claim sweetichick.

Definitely call the police Sweetichick. Do you have other neighbors nearby as well? How long have you been in this house now? I worry for you with some of the interactions you have had with him.

I talked to the police. Unless I am prepared to have him charged with wilful damage there's not much they can do.At least there is a record now.

Is there a reason you don't want to have him charged? He will continue to do these things unless charged.

Hi Delilah. I live in a townhouse and have neighbours except at the back which is parkland Ive lived here mearly 11 years. Thanks for thinking of me. I don't feel safe with him around either. Maybe that's why I have been pacifying him.

They can only charge him with it if they have some evidence of it anyway so why wouldn't you want him charged?

Sounds like a manipulative bully to me . Bet his wife can't wait to get back to Thailand and away from him. Maybe this is when he gets to find out what the legal system thinks of bullies. I hope so.

To be honest, even threatening to snip those wires is harassment and bullying. You really shouldn't feel bad in any way for standing up to him and letting him face the consequences of his behavior . I do hope that's not what is holding you back.

Thinking of you.

Sweet:

I hope that you find the strength to stand up for yourself.

This is no way to live. You have power!

get prepared and do it- stop enabling the behavior.
nothing changes if nothing changes. im willing to guarantee the heat will be off him shortly and he'll be back.
if you allow it.
pull up yer britches and use your backbone- youre allowed to stand up for yourself.
