Time seems to be flying just now, day to day not giving much thought about drinking or not drinking. The first 2 months I went to AA most days it really helped me adjust about how I think about things. Find I don't need AA and am focused very much on growing my business and new marketing strategies.
Going to gym is a bit hit and miss and I need to start going regularly, though naturally from being AF I have lost 5kg and 4 inches from my belly.
Did first part of driver awareness to get back DL early after a DUI. Funny I lied to them when asked about my current drinking habits and said I was drinking moderately. The irony in this country is if you admit you have a problem and even if you have stopped the DVLA will suspend your licence for medical tests. So better to say you are moderate drinker that stays within the limits. Tell the doctor and he will report you and bye bye licence.
