Need strong support

Hi I'm a food addict who has only 20 days of abstinence last July and gained 18 to 20 pounds several surgeries but no change on my eating. I'm so tired yet I won't auto and I have 25 years of recovery on other 12 step programs. I'm off balance , spending crazy , and impulse driven . I'm doing well on life but can't cope with day to day stuff(although I mask well to people who don't know what the disease looks like)
