you can't put that genie back in the bottle... any future relationship with her will be distrustful, disrespectful, and paranoid. Sorry man it's a crappy situation.
Years ago i found a GF that didn't drink or smoke or anything like that it made it really easy to get along, for most part. Hope you can find one of those too !

This Sober-her might actually be the the "real-her". If she were drinking throughout your entire relationship, you'd have never known the "real-her" until now.
She seems a bit too dependent on that therapist of hers though.
