How to cope with stress?

Hey guys! New gal here. I was just wondering what you guys do to cope with stress while remaining sober?? I've been sober for a year and a bit and also just quit smoking a month ago. Losing my marbles on how to slow my brain down.
Lemme know what you do that helps you cope with stress

Hi,

Congrats on the year sober! I just hit a Year and a half, and definitely needed new ways to deal with stress. Exercise and mindfulness have been my go to strategies. There are lots of great apps for mindfulness and meditation.

After some time smoke-free I'd imagine the stress will be less/easier to deal with. I was a smoker and quitting helped a lot.
