Congratulations on day 8 PippoRossi!

Physical exertion really helps with good sleep which can be difficult in early recovery so good going.

Thank you, saoutchik! This is so true! Unfortunately, I didn't sleep very well last night as there was a rain/wind storm that woke me up at 1:00 a.m. and it was hard for me to fall back asleep. But no matter, I wasn't too worried because I knew at least I wasn't going to wake up hungover.
