Thanks so much everyone! I'm tired now after work and have had a headache most all day, but I'm still very hopeful and positive, and not thinking about drinking at all, because I know it won't help anything. I just want to rest so I can have a productive weekend, and just have enough energy to get thru a long day at work tmrw. Ibuprofen and herbal tea tonight, but NO alcohol for me! I had a Diet Pepsi with dinner and felt satisfied with that. I'm starting to love this sober feeling!

Fortunately my nephew is experiencing the good side of life there - he has the occasional beer, but is loving the culture and life there. Good thoughts to you !
