I have the SoberTool app. The thought of the money spent in the past almost make you ill doesn't it? Especially when you're in the thousands of dollars and it hasn't even been four months (Day 112 )

Keep in mind this doesn't take into account the times at a restaurant where you order food because everyone else did and then you just pick at it (waste it) because you are more concerned about drinking.

Uggh!! Hindsight,

Uggh!! Hindsight,
I have been using the Sober Tool app since the beginning of 2016. It has been invaluable to me. The message I got such tremendous help from was the one about the Relapse Ladder.
That app was often my only friend at the tip of my fingers when I first got sober. I was reading it every 5-10 minutes.

Good job carlingford on 94 days! I'm only 1 day ahead of you high fives to us, and to using good tools at our disposal!

I also use the Sober Toolkit since becoming more active in AA.
Lots of great stuff out there to keep us going in the right direction.
