My deepest gratitude to you too PJ, there are many wonderful people here who have helped me but it was a comment from you on my very first post that made me realise to be sober I must begin straight away and so I did.

Thanks every one. Will look at Les M more. You are all thoughtful and prove the importance of strength in sharing and unity. To share the common experience, not the differences. My only hope- to remain sober forever and every day learn- and try to be a little bit more a gooderer person than the day before.
