Ive found this site great so far. Theres a Smart recovery meetin Fridays so Ill give it a try. Thanks for all the help guys. I find practical advice has helped me give up before like distraction, exercise and relaxation help.

I think it is the breakup that is really affecting me. I was sober before this and we were planning a future together. I now feel so alone and terrified.
