10 days since I decided enough was enough and I would never touch alcohol again along with tobacco...I'm feeling really good, my mood is starting to balance out and I'm seeing the good in things again, how are you all doing?

Day 10 here also and I'm also feeling positive! Longest I've gone without a drink in over a decade. I'm also starting to feel more balanced...the first few days was a bit of a shock to my body and I had a really tough time sleeping, but it's coming around. Kudos to you for also quitting tobacco!!!! Still something I'm struggling with, but next on my list! Not sure about you, but I'm noticing a lot of small differences....like brushing my teeth and washing my face before bed! It's amazing how much I neglected those things by passing out every night!
