First I am happy I find this forum...
Stuggle with communication But for me
Writing Or posting is a solution for me..
I struggle with meetings
Because I have tinnitus and hyperacusis
Are there more recovering people who
Suffer from this...
Its caused Because of my long time addiction
I love my sober life But know I need a way
Also to accept this!
Trouble sleeping and very sensitive to sounds...
So I find myself emotional drained out sometimes ...
Happy I found this website..
So I stay in recovery from my house..,
Hopefully I pray the longer I stay sober
Maby It Will get better..
I try my best to stay positive
So the first thing I do in the Morning is..
I post something On my Gratitude list
Good way to start the day
