Yah, I have a really good mountain bike which is sitting quietly in the garage. Did some hairy trails a few years ago. Maybe I should revisit that once again.

Hmmm, I need a sport that is gruelling and challenges me. Like rock climbing or trail running or mountain biking (as Bandi suggests).

Basically, it needs to mash my brains such that I forget everything else

Well, we're supossed to be getting heavy rain tomorrow. Though today was crystal clear blue skies and warm.
Kris, did I miss your post re: your cataract surgery? I know your sweet hubby was sick. I hope you both are healthy and doing good.
Suze, whew....I can relate to extreme heat!! Glad to read the heat wave broke. We have a very large electric bill due to me running the a.c.
My Sunday meeting this morning felt sad ....lots of us have trouble emotionally during the Holidays. My normally upbeat meeting had many sharing on this topic. Been feeling down myself, that's gotta be over with, time for me to turn a new page!
I'm checking in for the next 24, HP, AA, & SR.

I am setting out on a train trip to Florida, and will not have internet for a few days as I cross the northern tier of the country. I am all set with a bunch of great recovery tools, and will check in soon!
