Omg 100 days! & Utube selfhelp vids
Yup I checked my SoberTool app and it magically read 100 days! For some reason that seems like a biggy! I guess what's really a biggy is when you stop counting all together and just live! There maybe a new addiction I'm constantly watching Utube self help videos Because I think lots of them are great(not all of them). But Wowee if you haven't tapped into this source of inspiration I suggest you do. It seems nothing under the sun has been missed by professionals, mystic's, and snake Oil sales people...A vast landscape of cyber space inspiration Wow where does a guy begin? My ex narcissistic girlfriend and how I got sucked in or how to post my ebaystore on social media OMG! Too many choices! Lol. But as you can see I'm having fun and that's what important. And to you newly sober friends use this idea when you want a good distraction it works for me it's great! Like many here I'm a relapser I hate to admit I had 7 years of sobriety but lost it during a classic mid life crisis.(Then ran with the bottle for 3 years).But and most importantly here I am at 100 days sober and My life just feels soooooo much better. Some one commented on Dopamine kicking back in.Awww good something to investigate on UTube Lol! I know so little about the actual process of sobering up and I appreciate info greatly! I just know one thing...Don't use! And spread the word.Peace Love and Freindship to all!
