Hi Guys
Well, i am back again..on Day one.
just been looking at my old posts..on 23/10 /2012..i put i am totally cured from alcohol..well as you all know there is no cure..what a stupid thing to say..but i believed it at the time.

Welcome back, whitehorses! Happy New Year!
I have to put quite a bit of effort into staying sober, and I have been successful for over four years. I go to AA meetings and work a 12-Step sobriety program. I also read and post here a lot.
I hope this is the beginning of a permanent sobriety for you!

Why don't you read and post more often as part of your recovery? Might help.
