I have to consider the probability that this is PAWS again. It started almost 48 hours ago with depression, anxiety and a desperate, hopeless feeling, then major alcohol cravings, which I haven't had in a while, and today depression and extreme fatigue.
8 months ago I went to detox and then 33 days in an alternative, holistic rehab. I still see the psychs on my own, and take Ativan (though half what I used to) for anxiety. I did try Lexapro for a couple weeks about 5 months ago, and it did help but I went off because I just didn't want to depend on it. I think I may give it another try.
It's amazing to me that it can come back this strong after this long!
