Baby!!! Awesome.

I'm available for sitting - both baby and beach house.

Congrats!

Yessir!!! Tomorrow is registration for the 2017 trail 50!!!

I can't recall if I shared my tale of woe, hitting the wall at this year's 50M at mile 18 after going out way too fast and hard. It was humbling, but a great learning experience. 2017 will be another story. I will finish it this time!!

I definitely wouldn't throw this life away for booze again. Sobriety is definitely worth it. It definitely keeps getting better. Life is definitely GOOD.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

Thank you so much for sharing!!! I'm early in my sobriety, but you just spelled out all my heart's desires.. there are variations in the details, but I hope to get from a life of debt and anxiety to a life of abundance and joy, and I will get there because I am sober!! People need to hear these stories!!

I don't recall that story- and am glad you're giving it another go!

I had to cancel my races this year but will be running a 50k next year and, ideally, 50m w/in the next three.

FreeOwl, I'll echo the sentiments of everyone else: congrats on all the great things that have come your way because of your diligent work! Very encouraging.

Enjoy the the run! I've done a few ultras. My goal this year is to hit my age on my b-day: 53.
