Big day at work, but need a new way to chill
I had a good day, but it was a lot of stress, I was the junior person presenting in a very senior group. Normally I would come home, have a glass of wine (with very good intentions to stop at 1 glass, not 1 bottle). But 10 days sober, not throwing it away. However, I'm so wound up, how do I deal?
I learned how to feel by allowing the feelings and feeling them.
