I am definitely feeling the pain of being ( relatively young) and poor right now

I'm sure your hotel room is way better than that apartment of mine. I still can't believe I lived there.

Marty I've lived in some seriously dodgy places- especially in asia.
In Canada everything is really big and tries to kill you- but at least you can see it coming!

Tempted to tell some more bug stories, but Ken and Jen are both in FL right now, so I'll hold off. I've done enough damage already, lol

Thank you! Haha
I don't actually mind them if they would just stay away from me.
But they have an attitude problem- it seems like if you try to get them away they come after you more!!!

I thought you were on my side!!!!!!!

When I was in thailand there was a huge spider the size of my palm that used to come out every night in my beach hut.
I just left it because it lived there and I didn't.
Plus killing it would've been an epic ordeal I wasn't prepared for.

I knocked on the door of my neighbour at the motel to enquire about the cockroaches in this part of the world- he said they're not bad like the german ones up north- he hasn't seen any in his room.
But he said now I freaked him out haha

That was probably smart. You might just make it mad.

Well, I tried to catch up but couldn't. I hope everyone is doing well and feeling good.
I had a great day. ..doggie walk this morning and then I realized I didn't have to be to work til this afternoon. Instead of cleaning the house I headed to the mountain and went on a hike. It was so beautiful and I intend to do it more often.
So...I'm going to sleep now. See you all on the new thread tomorrow.
