Congrats on day 4. You're getting through the worst of it.
I've detoxed more times than I care to admit, or know for that matter. Most the time I'm a nervous, anxiety ridden, manic mess for about 2 weeks. Exercise and housework are my saviors. For whatever reason, this last time, I was exhausted. That has never happened to me before....and frankly it was MUCH more comfortable. I found that simply laying down for 20 minutes every couple of hours, really helped.
It will pass.

At this point listen to your body. My tiredness varies day to day. I am a go go go person normally. If I am not going, I feel defeated, lazy and get frustrated at what I do not get done. As of late I've learned to try to be more go with the flow. What needs done today will still be there tomorrow. I utilize my energy when it's there. When it's not - well... Simply rest.
Agree with the others, rest/sleep just do whatever it takes, when I sobered up some time ago I had afternoon naps for almost two weeks, sometimes they were 2 1/2 hours and I was actually sleeping good at night.
All the best

We beat ourselves up quite badly - we need time to heal. I was exhausted & drained from all I'd put myself through. Everything changed & got better. Be patient & kind to yourself, tonib.
