The good news is that the longer you're sober, the less you'll see your living room as "the drinking room." I've been sober almost 7 months and it was really hard at first because I drank mostly at home. Now I rarely even think about drinking when I'm home (going out and seeing people drinking is another story....) My home is my haven now. You are still at the point where concentration is difficult. I would suggest getting into a juicy novel, but maybe you can't go there right now. What about netflix/movies? Or, as some suggested, just going to bed? I find guided meditations to be very calming and useful as well. There are a bunch online.
