Day 5

Im starting to get some weird excitement for the first time in ages, probably because alcohol doesn't go with medication and was probably the reason I couldn't find pleasure in normal activates, but I still cannot sit there and watch a movie sober, though I haven't tried.

Congrats on day 5. When you say weird excitement, do you mean kind of manic energy? If so, totally common. I do the same thing. Exercise really helps calm that.....then maybe you can watch that movie!
