Day 1 update and draft 1 plan
Spent the day cleaning my house, clearing spaces, organizing, responding to work emails, and throwing stuff out.
I still have a lot of laundry to do.
Worked on the deep breathing technique for anxiety and it is slowly abating.
Made a call to get a referral for a counsellor.
Made a call to start seeing a naturopathic doctor.
Did some yoga and stretching.
Caught up on news. Uh I can't believe the state of the world right now.
And booked myself to a massage for tomorrow.
I'm going to consult with the naturopathic doctor to work on anxiety, and improving my Heath.
I will take the advice from the counsellor about recovery plans. I think I might go to meetings.
I'm going to start going back to the gym.
I'm going to the dentist! The bile is destroying my mouth.
I'm planning a new healthy diet.
And finally I'm going to tell close people and ask for them to help keep me accountable. Really not looking forward to this part.

When I'm craving alcohol I hope to call a support. I also hope that starting therapy for anxiety will help reduce cravings. I'm also going to knock something off my to do list. If I'm at a function I am going to look at photos of me after a binge and the look of absolute sadness on my face and then go call a support.
