I have found that listening to music on headphones in bed helps.
Calm music a dark room and just breathe.
I know it sounds cliche and a bit of a crap alternative to a bottle of wine - but that's what I did last night and it worked!

I'm really rattled about how close I came last night to being on day one again (I HATE day one!..but y'all know that.) I know I need to move on, not dwell on my scrape with near-drunkeness.....but I also need to learn what triggered me so badly...so that I can stay at least one step further away from it than last time...I'll write about it in my recover record....I wanna have one place to look in one all my work.
