What do you like to drink?
Coconut water and smoothies. I don't drink pop (soda) and water down my fruit juices with ice. Teas to calm me and a good cup of coffee for a treat. I always carry a water bottle and drink water all day long because one of my triggers is thirst. (Yep, a cold beer was what I went for when I was thirsty)!
Coconut milk latte every morning. French press a good dark roast, pour a third can coconut milk to coffee, then Nutribullet for 17 seconds. Pure heaven on earth, and easy to make.

Hmmmm, water? Clean, filtered water i mean
Coffee is not quite an "alternative", but it goes nice with most meals. Green tea is another good one. Both are much healthier than carb-loaded/sugar-loaded beer.
For night-time/afternoon, "relaxing" teas such as Chamomile type teas are great for mild relaxation. A low-sugar hot cocoa mix is also good for those cold/chilly nights.
Soda is bad for you, although it's better than nothing if you are experiencing bad cravings for example. Diet soda is arguably worse than regular soda due to the chemical sweetener. Mexican/all-natural sugar soda seems to be the best..... no chemicals is always better.
The real "tricky" area is alcohol-drenched "social" settings and bars, etc..... but of course you should be avoiding those scenarios anyways if you have chosen to go clean.
Hope that helps

Coffee. Lots. Cranberry juice, iced tea, Fresca, sparkling water from my SodaStream mixed with juice. Sometimes a non-alcoholic beer ("fake beer" I tell my kids....I know that's a bit controversial on here but it works for me). In the winter I enjoy a hot mug of herbal tea with honey.
Forgot to mention I add plain yogurt, honey, a few nuts. Helps my gut. I'm going to commit to drinking these smoothies twice a wk.
I'm also interested in buying canning jars to make & freeze mineral broth. Last wknd I made some, did pull the chicken & added it back in. A person can also just do veggies, if your vegan, or don't want meat.

I love r whites lemonade and it's actually got 5 or 6 times less sugar than Coke. Won't even attract the new sugar tax! If I'm in a pub either lemonade or a pint of lime and soda with ice. At 60p a pint I'm not going to end up spending £50 -£75 a night.
I'm in the same boat so has given me the opportunity to experiment with alternatives. There's some nice drinks to be had other than alcohol. Taste better too.
Tea, coffee, cold milk, at home. Water from weakly diluted pineapple cordial.
Lemon Lime and Bitters or soda in a crystal glass when going out to a fabulous night at the opera. haha
