it's nuts how stress makes me reach for the bottle!

I keep thinking about drinks but I never come close to getting em. I immediately realize the only reason I want a drink is for the intoxicating affects and that knowledge drestroys any illusions of responsible drinking.

I only drink to get drunk.

Hence why stress = wanting to drink.

So I don't.

Still, sucks.

Oh well, I walk instead.
