Hello
I used to be the user "Grendhar". I had posted in drinking to request that account be deleted. It wasn't actually deleted based on that request, but due to a rule I was unaware of about two active accounts.
I was briefly using this account to hide from my embarrassment about posting in drinking .. but then decided to face facts and return to my Grendhar account .. leading those in charge to think I was active on two accounts.
Oh well, nothing lost.
Just want to say I am still here and I apologize for the drama the other day.

I'll have a go at explaining this again.
Your original account was deleted because you asked for it to be - and you started a new account.
Several of mod bods tried to communicate with you to find out what was going on, but in the absence of any reply from you, we had to assume you wanted the change.
If that's not the case, and you'd rather be Grendhar then let me or Anna know by PM, ok?

I think that's what I said .. I had drunkenly asked for the Grendhar account to be deleted .. no one deleted it until yesterday .. due to discovering I had this account.
Moral of the story ... don't post on SR drunk!

Made it through another day 1 .. I am reading Allen Carr's book "The Easyway to Control Drinking"
I'm in a situation unlike I have been in before. I used to post for help, make it a day or 2 .. then go back to drinking for a long time.
Now I keep drinking but keep coming back here soon after trying again. It's like I am in a final struggle ... the drinking isn't winning but the sobriety isn't winning either.. it's a tug of war.
The sobriety has to win though .. the other day I drank 20 beers, drove, all of the usual things. It would be so great to beat this thing before I lose everything.
