Good to see you Volshen. Keep at it, you've got a chance as long as you keep trying.

Day 2.

I woke up an hour or so ago. I feel like drinking ..came close to buying it .. but things I read last night in Allen Carr's book popped into my head at the last minute.

That won't always work though .. I don't want my plan to be that something will pop into my head last minute and save me.

I will post an update when I decide what my plan is.

Thank you everyone.

It's a little past midnight here. I made it through Day 2.

I've been thinking about how nice beer would be when I wake up.. the desire for it has lasted the past few hours.

All I would do is drink way too much tomorrow, get sick and hate myself ... and that's only if I stay away from my car ... it could become much worse if I go near my car after any amount of beer..

Need to feel comfortable being sober .. and Dee, I did look over the links again and the wellness toolbox is finally making sense to me.

My goal is to avoid the desire to drink when I wake up and instead write up my plan.

Goodnight.
