My drinking is also not fair to my parents. They love me greatly. They also greatly enable me to though, financially and emotionally and have for a very long time. They have no idea how not to though, and I continue to take from them. My drinking worries them a lot. Today I basically admitted to them that I'm basically an alcoholic, I feel bad for saying that to them.

I like to run as well. The alcohol is negatively affecting your performance, so no you're not running perfectly.

I used to think I can keep drinking as long as I go running every morning!!! I convinced myself that the running was keeping me healthy and "suppressing" the side effects of alcohol. These are the type of behaviors that alcoholics do best
