I picture Anna as my great aunt Ann (Mom's side of the family)... brunette, elegant, soft-spoken, and intelligent.

Ok, my vanity is getting the best of me, anyone care to guess what I look like?

And can someone direct me how to upload a picture from my computer. I see I can upload a link, but not a picture from my pc.

I think of you, Jeff, as having dark blonde hair (cut short), hazel eyes, medium-build, slightly ruddy complexion, and about 6'1", in your mid to late 40s.

I love that, SP and it's very flattering and right-on, if I do say so myself.

SP, I see you as a lovely Southern lady, very refined and very smart with dark, wavy hair.

Wow. Soberleigh, you damn near nailed it except for the height (I'm short). And the ruddy complexion is fading since I quit drinking. That's amazing.

Here are some of mine :

Kiki.. shortish in height, round smiley face, casual dress, kind of your typical all American Mum type

ScottWI... stern angular face, tall, muscled wearing a stetson. Early 50s.

Tufty .. trendy/hippy, slender, face much younger than his 40 ish years.

Least .. tall slim reserved lady in her 30s.

Mergavisimo... 5ft 4, blonde, nice figure, quite well turned out as my Mum would say.

SoberinSyracuse ... I had you down as a fairly butch, very short haired always frowning lady. But having now seen what you look like you are anything but lol!

I have an image in my head of every member on the site !!! Great thread.

Thank you.

It's medium-dark chestnut brown hair.

Similar to this.

Soberinsyracuse: I always picture my anthropology professor who was tall, slender, brown hair ( longish) the type who studies tribes in Africa.
I think because she said she had a ph.d at some point ( could be wrong)

This thread makes me wish that there could be a convention of SR members in a big hotel conference room somewhere - maybe New York or London or Sydney - where we would all wear name tags that identify us only by our screen name.

Or am I the only one that daydreams about that?

I have a vague recollection of reading somewhere on here that something like that actually happened at one point. Or maybe it's the fantasy bleeding into my memory.

I know of members who have met in real life and become good friends. It would be cool.
