You will celebrate 4 years.
Just do it day by day.
Thats how I did it.
Keep away from the first drink and remember alcohol improves nothing.

I'm sorry everyone - I feel like such a grouch.

Four years is way way cool! Major props to you!! Think perhaps a trip to the doc might help? I've struggled with depression and anxiety for 30 years and even when I've been sober those bad feelings can creep in.

Hang in there!

Go ahead, Sasha4, be a grouch for a day. Or even two.

You are 4 years sober. You have earned the right to be grouchy once and a while.

We are just glad you are here with us. And I am pretty sure that you will be feeling much better, very soon.

Let us know when the cloud lifts. And if it doesn't, let us know what we can do to help.

Congratulations on 4 years, Sasha.

I agree with Dee on considering seeing a therapist. My therapist is helping me learn to love myself....and celebrate....and you have a lot of sober days to reward yourself for!
