I stayed away from parties and drinking. My neighbors had a party, and the Ex-Pat bar in town had a big celebration....but there was no need for me to attend a party (or host one) with alcohol being served. That's what I used to do back in my drinking days - and I have changed my life and my habits. I enjoyed the game in a safe environment, stayed sober, and got to bed at a reasonable hour.

And I didn't need to worry about anyone else grabbing the remote control!

Did great, here. Sober...my team won, and I won $125 on our office Super Bowl pot. Whooo hoo!!!

It felt good to watch the super bowl with my family sober! I actually paid attention to the game & remember what happened! And my Broncos won! Woo hoo!!

I made appetizers with the kids, and we watched the game together. Green tea, Coke Zero, and water were the only beverages.:-)
