Yeah, totally relate MB: 2015 definitely one of those lows and highs too.
And Carlotta - ah, the hourglass..............One of my favourite NY sayings is a coupla thousand years old, Marcus Aurelius' 'Time is a river / the flow of all created things..'
PS Wolfie, quite unrelated to NY: I've been loving your little collection of Pooh pictures, they're so beautifully soothing, especially as they're the originals lovingly remembered from childhood. Just caught 'em, Midnight!! off to take Miss Bess for a frolic with the other doggies at the beach, and will be thinking of you all - especially those new SR peeps still struggling and suffering today / tonight.

I'm doing three New Years Eve's. My wife is in England, so we'll be skyping soon. I live in Ohio, so I'll wish my friends happy new year five hours later. And I'm in California now, we have a while to go.

Hi All
It's just past 10am AEST, thinking of going back to bed, only because I'm tired.
Went to a NY's backyard party last night, no drinks for me and drove home at 3am. Wife is supporting a headache from the wine from last night. Had to laugh!
She is one of those people we dream of being but cannot. She won't have anything to drink again for several weeks.
It was good feeling to go to bed sober. Got a lunch date with friends at a pub today, the plan is water for me then a sleep when I get home.

It's not even 8:30 pm here in Ohio and I know I won't make it til midnight. Already tired as little dog woke me up early today. I'll just go to bed soon and sleep til next year.
